The average foreign worker is paid minimal salaries and are taxed very heavily on that income. Canada AND the developing countries would benefit if the Canadian government would lighten the tax burden on money earned and remitted to support family members in other countries.

My husband wants to work in the 4 above mention countries but dont know where to start. He is a experineced driver, mechanic and a licensed Agriculturist.We have search different job sites but seems Filipinos are not given the opportunity. There are also some send e-mails but we found out that it was a scam.
