How to do business with a Canadian company withought being in Canada?
I am currently in US and I have a company registered here. I may have a business deal with a Canadian company very soon. I will be providing them a few people to work on their projects. Do I need to register my company in Canada for this? Thanks !! Any info appreciated.
How to do business with a Canadian company withought being in Canada?
I am currently in US and I have a company registered here. I may have a business deal with a Canadian company very soon. I will be providing them a few people to work on their projects. These people will no longer be employees of my company. Instead they will be joining the Canadian employer on their payroll. Do I need to register my company in Canada for this? Thanks !! Any info appreciated.
