whom should i contact if i want to claim refund from my immigration lawyer?
my lawyer company is in the process of filing dissolution. He is a canadian but at this moment outside canada. According to retainer agreement the Training Program fees are fully refunded but my lawyer want to refund only one quarter of that sum. I have never claim to anyone in my life and do not know where to begin, moreover I’m from italy wheras my lawyer is in canada. Can someone please help me?
