I am Thai citizen and now studying at Florida,USA, I would like to visit Canada on Thanksgiving period, but i don’t have Canadian temporary visa. And, it’s too late to mail all applications and documents to visa office. Therefore, I am going to visit Dertroit to do visa on this friday. I am wondering if I can get the visa within one-day period or not because I am living in FL and I can not go there again.

I am Thai and 27 years old
I got vocational diploma of food and beverage in Thailand.
I have experience about kitchen helper and food service in Thailand for 7 years before came to work in canada.
Now I am working as cook in a Thai restaurant in Canada for 1 year and 7 months. I am wondering my job is lower than skill level type O,A,B as the immigration Canada required. if it is not Can I apply for residence visa in Canada before go back to Thailand or I must apply in Thailand only.

I have a indian passport and the bangladeshi tourist visa is the first one on my passport.I plan to do an MBA abroad- US or UK /CAnada or Singapore and later immigrate to UK on HSMP.Will a visa of bangladesh on the first page of my passport reduce my chances of getting a Ok at the visa interview.I have 2.5 years experience with US MNCs.

I’m a student from the UK, currently in my last year studying web development.
When I finish I hope to work for a year or two in Canada. From what I can find it is very difficult and you need a job before moving. Is there any other way of moving there before searching for a job? if not do you know of any companies likely to sponsor a visa application?

I’m a Romanian citizen currently holding F-1 status in the US and planning to visit my cousins in Canada (Canadian residents) for Christmas. I attend school in Hawaii and there is no Canadian consulate here. From what I understand, the closest embassy/consulate of Canada is about 2500 miles away in California. What are the options of obtaining a tourist visa without having to travel to California in order to get my visa. Is there a required interview?

I am applying for a Canadian student visa extension and change of status (from secondary school student to university student). I have a student visa now but it expires in August. I am an American citizen, 17 years old at present, wishing to study at the University of Toronto. My family and I do not have any criminal offences or violations of immigration laws. My family will not be living with me when I am studying (they will be living in the States). My family is willing and able to pay for my education and room/board while in Canada, and we are going to attach bank statements, etc. I live in Toronto now.

Based on that information, what is the percent chance that my student visa extention will be granted?

No one in my family (or myself) has been rejected when applying for a visa before.

A visa application form normally takes 2days to process at the Canadian
Immigration Service Home Office.

Once your visa form is approve, you will be issue a visa reference letter,
which you need to present to the Canadian embassy in your country along with
your passport for visa endorsement.

Visa fee has to be paid by you to the embassy in your country.

The Home office may request you answer some online question if needed.

THE EMPLOYER SEND ME A PERSONAL DATA FORM, AIR TICKET FORM AND CANADIAN VISA FORM .

I noticed on the Immigration website it said that you can’t enter into an employment with a group that has contracted for your services, but our manager lives here!! It also says that you can’t perform for a movie, tv or radio broadcast, but we are definately going on the radio. None of this makes sense. If you have done this before please advise on the process and what the rules and regulations are. Thanks.
