my parents would like to visit my bro in Canada for a couple of months. They are waiting for US green card and have already had Advance Parole. Do they still need Canadian visa to enter Canada?

My friend intends to travel to Canada on a visit visa and stay with his relatives (Permanent Residents). He wants to change his visitor visa to student visa or work permit from within Canada itself, basically settle down there and become permanent resident. What needs to be done and how. If you have similar experience in this regard or have heard of it, please reply.

im 24 years old im married and have one child, i work at driveways interlocking, asphalt,patios and so on i did not really complete my education and i havent got any qalifications for my line of work mainly because there is no qalification for laying asphalt or interlocking in ireland.

I’m from France and I’m 17 (18 in 3 weeks) I live in Manchester, England where I work and study.
My parents are living in France and I’m staying with a family friend in the UK.
My best friend is from Canada (Nova Scotia) and after spending a month there I really enjoy it.
Anyway, I really would like to study and work in Canada, I’m not an high school graduate in France, however I have been accepted to College in the UK.
Do you think it will be possible to move to Canada, finish High School there and get a work permit?

If I am an Australian citizen (with two passports: Irish and Australian, though I don’t know if that would be relevant) do I need a visa to temporarily visit Canada?

I will be visiting Canada while I have a Canadian work permit process. Do I have to leave Canada to America and re-enter Canada to go on the work permit? Is there anywhere I can go to simply have my tourist visa changed to a work permit?

what documentation or what kind of story should i do in order to convince the visa officer to issue visa. I already have documentation of relative and friend ties, Good Job and all the luxuries of life at my home country.
