Hi,

I am 3d Animation Artist and work for film and animation. I apply for my Canadian Immigration under Federal Skilled worker Class. They said that my Category is no in the high demand list. Please read their response below I will hide my reference number rest remains same.

My Question is can I still apply under some other class such a provincial nomination etc.?

Hello Guys,

I am graphic Designer with Masters and Prof experience can I immigrate to Canada under Skill worker Class?

My reason for asking this is that I cannot find the category in the skill worker class all I find is Computer and Systems manager.

I will be thankful for any response over this.

I am a business man from Dubai trying to immigrate to Canada. I believe I have enough capital to do so but I need more details.

I need to know about the new canadian immigration law which states that Federal Skilled worker who fall under NOC could immigrate in 6-12 months. I need to know if any one applied under this new law and got a response for the same. If yes, How long does it takes to get a case file number from CIC.
And any clue how long does the entire process takes? that is, from sending the first application to getting the PR approved.

We are Australian and have submitted an application to immigrate to Canada under the skilled workers program. The Canada consulate have advised it will take a minimum of 13 months to be approved. We want to know if anyone has apply for this visa and how long it took.
