We are military and we are getting stationed in Alaska. We will be traveling through Canada. Does anyone know if I will need an International Health Certificate?
We are taking to Ferry from Bellingham, Washington to Haines, Alaska. Then driving from Haines to Anchorage. We will pass through Canada. Just the bottom tip. Thanks for everyone advice. I am traveling to Canada for the first time and I was wondering what is different in the Vancouver area from the USA? Are there any electronics that work in the US but not BC? Also if I have personal prescription medication, will they allow me to bring it over? Or do I have to have a doctors note?Thanks!

I am traveling to Canada for the first time. I am doing an overnight flight. I am leaving Cleveland at 7pm…and flying into Boston. I am flying out of Boston in the AM. I don’t know what to expect at all, with security and such. I worried about taking my laptop. I can’t afford for it to get stolen. Should I really be worried? What is the security checkpoint like? What should I expect there? Also, do I have to get a hotel in Boston, or can I just stay in the airport?

I know I am suppose to arrive at the airport 2 hours before my flight is expected to depart when flying internationally. Is the rule the same when traveling to Canada? I am flying out of Boston and into Onatrio.

Traveling To Canada !

We will be traveling to California from Hawaii. Some people say we do and some say we dont. If we dont have to get them it would save us alot of money…there is 5 of us!

What exactly do I need? This is the first time I’m traveling to some place outside of Canada and I am 16 so I’m guessing that I’m old enough to travel by myself right? All that I know right now is that I need a bit more money.

I was wondering how much money is required to go through customs when traveling to Canada from the US? My boyfriend is coming to stay all of July and maybe a week in August this summer, but isn’t going to have alot of money when he comes. Would they deny him entry to Canada if he didn’t have enough, even though I’d be supporting him? Thanks for your answers everyone.
