No Kidding. I know if we have a good job many of us get half-way decent health care in the US. But wow. In today’s environment who can ensure that the company they go to work for today will be around tomorrow. How does one emmigrate to other countries from the US? Is it difficult? Are there enough benefits of living in Canada or Australia that make that a more desirable location. I just read statistics where in the US only 15% percent of the folks are happy with the health care and 25% In England. Not great numbers for England but better than the US. I am trying to think outside the box!

If I travel from the U.S. to Mexico several times, do I need to purchase a passport each time, or do they last forever? Also, if I have a passport to go from the U.S. to Canada, would I need another to go to Mexico.

Just to let you know, when I say Canada, Mexico, and the U.S., those are just places I picked out of my head – is it different for other places?

i’m an intl student in the States and plan to apply Canada immigration. according to CIC website, 3 years residing in Canada is a must before applying citizenship.

i was told that when counting the vaild time lived in Canada, the time i lived in the States also counts, but timed by 0.5. i have been to CIC website but didn’t find info about it. Can anyone help me to verify this info?

I applied for Canadian Immigration as Skilled Worker for Accounts Catagory and got approval for further documents submission till Jan 29, 2010. I am submitting the documents in almost 4 days through my lawyer and also adding my wife case. My points are 69 and i have done IELTS also. How much time it will take for my further immigration to process. Also one thing I am applying from UAE and i am from Pakistan.

I have completed my fresh medical on 22nd of October, and sent my passport from fedex on 23rd of October! How much time CHC Islamabad will take now in stamping my visa under common law partner immigration till to date i have not received my passport back from Fedex (18-11-2009). They sent me first ROA (Receipt of Application on January 24, 2009)

I applied for immigration to canada as a skilled migrant on feb 2007 in damascus,syria center.anybody knows when i will be invited for interview? which year’s files r proccesing right now?

And is there any Age limits for This type of case(Work Permit)?
