I am thinking to immigrate to one of these countries: US, UK, Australia and Canada. Which is better?
Hi,
I am thinking to immigrate to one of the four countries: US, UK, Canada, and Australia. Me and my fiancee have decided to settle in one of those but haven’t been able to finalize which one to choose. We are from Asia and both of us are working as software engineers. I am in UK and my fiancee is in US.
Any suggestion regarding the quality of life, job security, immigration… Any strong reason to choose one over others?
Good books if thinking of immigrating to Canada?
I’m thinking of moving to Canada and becoming a citizen and was wondering if there were any good books about Canada that would help me pass the citizenship test.I already know about the book they send you when you apply. And a way to read it for free. And any Canadian immigrants, if you know anything specific i should know id appreciate it.I’m a US citizen if it helps.
American College student, thinking about future living in the UK, opinions?
I’m am an electrical engineering student attending TN Tech University. Like anyone else I am thinking about my future after college and one thing I considered was possibly moving to the UK. A couple things made me consider this. I went to England last year my senior year of high school for choir and I absolutely, loved it, I had my 18th birthday there too. I’m also planning to study abroad for a semester next year in Scotland or England which will give me another idea about how I might like living there. Also, my main herritage is British. My Grandma is from Canada, and her mother immigrated from Britain years ago. I absolutely love the culture, and have been reading up on it a lot. Just a lot of stuff makes more sense, not that I don’t love the US either but.
Anyways, I guess what I’m really asking for is some opinions from maybe American’s who have moved there or from UK citizens. I know I’m only 19, but it’s never to early to think about your future.
