I want to immigrate because of russian occupants they destroyed my house and relatives.

I am confused, wheter, i’ll be applying for a “Skilled Worker” visa or under the “Family Class”. My mom is a permanent resident in Canada and be able to sponsor me, and im excited to immigrate in Canda, what should i do to obtain the LEAST way. WHICH OF WHICH?

Are the benefits of both visas the same? the duration or what? citenzhp?

I married to a girl this week, she is citizen of Canada, so she will sponsor me, i am 28 years old, live in Pakistan, good English, no French, doing an accountant job from more then 5 yrs, I want to know :
(1)From where should i start?
(2)Is that difficult to get visa for me or easy?
(3)How long time to get it

The government seems to believe Canada needs a high immigration rate, because our birth rate is relatively low, causing our population to be small compared to other countries of similar economic and geographic size. The government could also lower taxes, if there was a larger population in Canada.

I haven’t found a job in Canada and do not have any sponsors. Please suggest some reliable attornies.

We have a pending application for immigration to Canada. We commissioned a Filipino immigration lawyer based in Canada. We have submitted our documents and fully paid our consultancy fees sometime in January this year, but until now, we haven’t heard progress report of said application. Is there an alternative way to migrate to Canada without the hazzles of immigration lawyers?
