I am a Canadian citizen with an expired passport (3 yrs ago). I currently live in the US and have a greencard. I am wanting to take my wife on a cruise for her birthday and was wondering if I can go with the expired passport, permanent resident card and US drivers license. Any help would be greatly apprecaited.

I have gone through the documentation but they are asking for alot of cash from me and my family to immigrate beside taking 24 months to process. Is there any guarantee that after paying all their required fee and having no criminal records plus a skill u will eventually get the Visa once u score more than 69 points on the test. Anyone been through the process and succeed? I need more information before I set myself for Canada and start the process. Since canada has opened its door to skilled workers why do they need one to have a fat bank statement yet u going there to work? Does using an agent increases my chance of legally immigrating there? And yes am from africa very hard working married with 2 children and we want to do this the legal way. Is there any easier way to immigrate to Canada? Man I need all the information there is to this immigration thing coz dont need to start and bail out half way through the process.

I want to become a canadian resident because my girlfriend is canadian and we want to live together in canada. Can I apply for a green card in canada and will this affect my us citizenship..? I am a PR of canada and work in the US. What criteria do my employer has to meet other than being a Canadian employer. I might need H-1 visa to work in the US. So does my Canadian employer has to have US office or can it be a different US employer who can sponsor my H-1?

like the question says, i am a legal alien of the USA. i have an alien card/green card/whatever. my passport is canadian since i was born in quebec.
this fall i will be attending a university in Canada and being charged in-provence rates since i’m a citizen and was born there.
but do i have to do something else for the USA emigration offices? will my status be nullified or anything? what do i show crossing the border BACK to the usa?

extend my stay at canada? is it possible. will a extension cause complications when i return to USA?
