Can american husband reside in Canada with canadian wife without applying permanent resident status? ?
My husband (american) and I (canadian) are marrried in US. Now I am moving back to Canada for school. We want to move together and currently he does not need to work in Canada because he will be working for U.S. company remotely. What will be his obstracles to enter Canada and live with his wife under visitor status?
