Will a shoplifting misdemeanor prevent me from visiting Canada?
I have a shoplifting misdemeanor, got a prayer for judgment for it, 4-5 years ago. The company I’m working for is asking me to go to Canada in August to work for a few months, so I’m wondering if I’ll be allowed in. I’m 23, the charge happened a few months after turning 18, and my record is clean other than that outside of a few speeding tickets.
