Imigrating to Canada from the Philipppines?
My girlfriend and I met at work here in the states. We are both Filipino but it’s been hard because I have had to travel to the P.I. so much. And if you have gone there, you know how much the travel alone costs. I live near Canada and b/c immigration here at home is tight right now, was hoping to get her into Canada. What is the best way to get her into Canada? When I was there last, we signed up with this agency (CIC) which made her Canada ready if there were to be an employer who would hire her. All of her docs are ready to go. Is there another way besides this agency? Also, she doesn’t have any close family in Canada that can petition her. Does anyone have any suggestions? Websites or places to go in the Philippines so that we can make her imigration to Canada a reality. We are willing to get her to Canada on a working visa, but looking for primarily Toronto, Niagara Falls, F. Erie, Hamilton and the rest of Southern Ontario. Thanks in advance!
