A Chinese married person has sponsored 4 family members (parents, wife, kid) for Canadian Permanent residence?

Posted July 21st, 2011 by immigratecanada and filed in Immigration to Canada

The problem is, both husband and wife had very tense relationship, thus she returned back to her home country. They already mutually decided to have divorce by the end of this year.
And he wants to re-marry another lady from his native country.

According to Canadian Immigration laws, is he eligible to sponsor yet another person to Canada?
(he is already bound for his family for 3 years according to laws).

What possibilites and bindings he have?
Kindly educate.

Thanks.

Some people have recommended that I go through the Quebec immigration program for business people but I understand there is a difference between selection and admission and still the Canadian government will be involved can you clarify that for me?

What are the different ways to process for Canada immigration for a uneducated person?

Posted September 6th, 2010 by immigratecanada and filed in Immigration to Canada

The candidate/person does’t have good education background..
> He is high school dropped off
> Candidate understands and speak regular English, but is not strong in it.

By the way candidate sister is citizen of Canada, so I guess the blood relation will have some advantage.

Somebody informed that he can be process as a Refuge, any disadvantage in doing it?

If you don’t like the question or doesn’t want any uneducated guy to step in Canada then please don’t waste your time in posting any nonsense comments.
