Can I work in Singapore while I have a pending immigrant application in Canada?
I have been offered a job in Singapore, which I would like to pursue, but I also have a pending skilled worker immigrant application in Canada. (I’m from the Philippines). Can I work overseas while waiting?
Can i visit Canada while my B2 extension is pending?
My Mom is here on a B2 visa. Her I-94 expires on June 29. We applied for an extension and the application is currently pending. She is also planning to visit my brother in Canada. Can she visit Canada now and return back to US after June 29, if her extension is granted. If for some reason, her extension is not granted, she will return to India from Canada. We don’t want to take a chance and stay in the US beyond June 29, if the extension is not processed by then.
My annulment is pending, so how do I answer the marital status portion in my Canada immigration application?
My brother and sister are Canadian citizens and have lived in Canada for over 20 years now. I and my 20-year old daughter wish to reunite with them by migrating to Canada. The application form only has “married”, “legally separated” or “annulled marriage”. I am hoping to get my annulment finalized by next year. What do I put in the application form? Are there documents needed to show my pending annulment? Please help me. Many thanks!
