I have completed my fresh medical on 22nd of October, and sent my passport from fedex on 23rd of October! How much time CHC Islamabad will take now in stamping my visa under common law partner immigration till to date i have not received my passport back from Fedex (18-11-2009). They sent me first ROA (Receipt of Application on January 24, 2009)

can i apply for it? What are the immigration procedure? What are the rules and regulations that need to be followed before and after coming to Canada. What visa should i apply for? Should i get visiting visa to start with? Please send me detailed answers and help me to start with it.Thanks waiting for your reply
