How can a retired military officer and spouse emigrate to Canada permanently?
Have retired US Army officer, and with spouse, social security, real estate, and minimum distribution investments total income, plus bank account savings assets. Also, am professor emeritus.
How Can I Join The US Military, If I Immigrate From Canada?
i plan to move to the US, and i have thoughts of joining with the military.
however i wont have any education in the US, only in Canada.

Would it help me in getting residence status / citizenship if I serve in the military? I’m looking at the US, Canada, or Australia.
Or would I have to be a citizen in the first place?
Otherwise, how many years do I have to be in the military before I can be a citizen?
