Should new immigrants to Canada be made to take a course on manners and morality??
I live in Toronto and pretty much every immigrant I know from asia, southeast asia and the carribean is scamming or pulling some kind of a deal. Maybe if we had a test for new immigrants from these parts of the world we could keep Canada nice?
