Immigrate to Canada
I am a veterinarian . working and living in UAE the past 2 years. i have my sister and cousin in Canada.
can i go there in a visit visa, then from there apply to immigration. what is my chances if i inter canada as visitor and then stay there by applying for family sponsorship.

Is it really this hard to get a Canadian work permit,seems a catch 22 or is it manditory to have the job offer before you get the permit or is the SIN # given to you right away does anyone know exactly how this will work?
My husband wants to work in the 4 above mention countries but dont know where to start.
