If you lend someone in Canada money what document shall you take from him to guarantee its return ?
I am foreigner , i will give Canadian law firm some money in advance regarding immigration service , i am afraid of fraud , i want to know what document shall guarantee my rights if i want to restore my money from that firm ? in other words , what document in Canada the lender take from the borrower against the lent money ?
