Do I need to join as a Professional Technologist if I want to migrate to Canada?
I want to start to process of immigration to Canada, however I do not know if joining the “Ordre des technologues professionnels du Québec” (as shown here http://www.immq.gouv.qc.ca/publications/fr/professions-regies/Technologue.pdf in French only)is really necessary or optional for working as a Tech Support, service desk, system administrator, or network administrator?
If it is, can someone help me understand the requirements? It’s not very clear to me what I really need to join

We would have all we need, we fix Mexico and Africa’s governments, we govern basically and become and GIANT SUPER DUPER INDEPENT WORLD POWER. To hell with the Middle east and WW3. Is this the only way the US can survive anyway? In appearance the US would stay the same, the illegals will go to the Mexico part for good US manufacturing jobs. This is the master plan? Fixes all 4 countries? US falls so does Canada. I see things that others don’t see. I am a historic inventor. I see this coming. I have a special ability to figure… Or nuts?

I am planning on migrating to Canada for studies (for my bachelors degree). While studying I want to join the Canadian army as a reserve for the experience mainly. Does anyone know if people join the army while studying at university?
