How does a Canadian buy travel insurance outside of Canada?
I am a Canadian citizen, I pay my taxes and my medical bills on time and I am still considered a resident of Canada. I have been in China for over a year and my previous insurance ran out – which didn’t matter because I am covered in China by the school I work for. Now I have to go to Ghana for a week. I’d like to buy travel insurance, but all the sites I’m finding say that you must be in Canada to buy the insurance. I can’t go home first! What should I do?
What travel insurance can a Brazilian get when traveling to Canada?
So I been talking to a Brazilian girl for about a year now and we plan to have he visit Canada, I don;t wanna wire her any money for aid in plane tickets, so I am thinking to book them myself, my problem is I am unable to find any insurance’s for someone not in my country, is there any insurances an out of Brazil person can book for the person? Or does all that have to be done by the resident of that country? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
Has anyone ever ordered a passport from canada with a Social insurance Number?
I need to order a Canadian passport and was told that since I don’t have a picture ID. I can send them a copy of my birth certificate and a copy of my SIN (with a signature). I was wondering if anyone has done that?
I did check requirements and was advised to send SIN. I’m just wondering if anyone else has done this.
