I live in the UK, my boyfriend lives in Canada (Toronto) and i want to move out there to be with him. I was just wondering what i need to be allowed to stay there permanently. Do i need a visa? Can i work out there? Help anyone?

i hate snow / cloudy and rainy weather like temperate and sunny temperature so people warned me that i will suffer in Canada
