I am a 28 yers old lady from Iran, Single. I used to live in Dubai for the last 3 years and now Im currently based in Malaysia. Im trying to get my IELTS 6 above, and have Work Experience more than 3 years. I have Accosiate Degree in Hotel Management from Iran.
I need to know if I can apply for my cousin she is a nurse and worked 5 years in hospital, does she have to have a license to apply? so how can she get a license if she can’t get visa to write exam in Canada?
I was told that if they see a Thai visa on your passport your immigration might not be processed well? Is it true?

I have taken IELTS since 2 years and it expired so I want to apply then I will take the exam and improve it as much as I can so will they accept it or should I take it before I apply ?
My mom told me I was a citizen because she was born there and registered me. But can you lose citizenship if you haven’t lived there for 20 years? Also, how would my husband be able to move there? He isn’t even a citizen of the US. If he’s married to me does that make it easier? What do we have to do to be able to move there?
