Can my father, who was born on a US base in Canada, claim Canadian citizenship?

My father was born on a US base located in NewFoundLand in 1957. He has a Canadian birth certificate. He is a United States citizen and resides in the U.S. So would he be able to claim citizenship to Canada and possibly can he use his citizenship(if he can get it) to get my mom and his children citizenship? Also, if you can provide a link to Canadian Laws that govern this please do this. Thanks.

My father was born in America and currently has dual citizenship between Canada and USA. He lives in Canada and works in the US. I currently live with him and my mother, who is Canadian, in Canada. Is there any path for me becoming a US citizen/getting a SS# based on his heritage? I am 25.

How can I explain to Immigration Canada why my mother and father aren’t applying for immigration together.?

I am sponsoring my mother to Canada from Hong Kong. They are asking why my mother and father aren’t applying for immigration together. They are asking for proof of separation or an explanation. But they are not separated/divorced; my father doesn’t want to move just yet, but my mother wants to.
