Immigrate to Canada
I suspect that soon the countries of America, Mexico and Canada will soon start a common currency and soon will be linked in some kind of North American Union. Like the EU in Europe.
Do you support such a move and do you expect it to happen?
The question is “What was happening in the world that explains why asian immigration to Canada exceeded European immigration in the early 1980s”

I am a South African citizen and live here. I also have a Hungarian Passport. My boyfriend and I want to emigrate to Canada in the next five years. I am just wondering if Canada is part of the EU (as half of Canada is French and France is part of the EU), and if it would be easy for me to get in. Thank you.
I had it in my notes but I swear I can’t find it now..I remember reading that they were preferred over the southern and eastern European immigrants, but were they treated poorly still? Any source sites I could read would be wondeful!
If USA developed by immigrant then why Canadian government has very complicated immigration policy? Canada is vast and huge don’t they want to develove it at northern side? and immigration is the only source of skilled people.
I enquire about Canada immigration and its seem impossible and process of immigration takes ages.
