What can be done?
I know a man who has provided false information on his immigration application to come to Canada, he has been told his interview is waved and that he should just bring proof of the money he is taking with him and the canadian government will send his visa with his family’s. He has lied extensivly on his application and I know this for sure. Is this fair? The rest of us come to Canada the right way while some people take the easy door through, it is not only not just for our country because these people will come here and then be an unfunctional part of society on welfare. He has never worked under the field he has applied for and has lied about the ages of his children, is there anything that i can do to prevent their application from further process or let the canadian immigration services know about them, I just see this as a let down for my country because these people think they can make it here so easily while there are thousands of people who are trying to get here the right way!
I have done my medicals for work permit in Canada, how soon should i hear back from them?
the clinic who administered my exams said it will take 2 weeks from them to receive the results and will send directly to the consulate, which I would assume will take another week.My work permit application was lodged in Manila Consulate so I would like to know if anyone has any experience and what is your timeline? What are my chances of getting a work permit? Thanks
My interview for migration to Canada was done in October 2005.But I have not got the result yet why?
The Immigration Officer, after interview told me the result would be informed within 2 months. Now it is 11 months after the interview was done. Why it is in pending for long time without publishing the result. My application is still in process. So how long to wait for result?
What kind of immigration law reform should be done with the Canadian system?
The government seems to believe Canada needs a high immigration rate, because our birth rate is relatively low, causing our population to be small compared to other countries of similar economic and geographic size. The government could also lower taxes, if there was a larger population in Canada.
