My wife and I would like to emigrate to canada in a couple of years??? Any pointers?

My wife and I are looking into emigrating into Canada from The US. We both don’t have any college education. I work for a cold storage facility in the States and I’m a skilled Reach Truck, Fork Lift and Pallet Truck Operator.
We’re looking to emigrate to Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal or Calgary.
Any pointers like where I can find info on how to emigrate to Canada, what average wage would I be expecting to get, cost of rent for apartments per month for a two bedroom apartment, and how much cost of living is Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal or Calgary?
My wife is Filipina and I’m of Scandinavian Ancestry. I’m used to living in a rich and ethnically diverse environment and I like it. I just want FREE UNIVERSAL HEALTHCARE for my DAUGHTER and WIFE.
I voted for Barack, but I don’t think that the states are ever going to adopt FREE UNIVERSAL HEALTHCARE. It’s all about who can buy who off in the States.

is there any possibility to immigrate in canada for young couple who are poor to pay the fees ?
We are young, with university diplomas,no criminal records,helthy but we are poor to pay the fees which are asked from us.Is there help for those category of people?
