Common questions during canadian immigration interview.?
I have an upcoming interview with the Canadian embassy here in the Philippines that will allow me to work in Alberta Canada. I would like to ask some help in passing the immigration interview. Can you sponsor someone through common law union?
I live in Canada, so I would need to know from someone who knows Canadian immigration law.
If someone is common law with someone else, can that person sponsor them back to Canada if they get deported? Or could that only work through legal MARRIAGE?
Also, if they are common law or married (not out of love, but out of immigration reasons), do they have to live together for a certain period of time?
