Is a US-born child of a naturalized US citizen born in Canada eligible for Canadian citizenship?

I see that a US citizen born to a Canadian outside of Canada is eligible IF the parent is a Canadian citizen at time of birth (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canadian_nationality_law#Canadian_citizenship_by_descent), but I am not clear if this holds if the Canadian-born parent is a US citizen at the time of the birth.

How long it takes to become citizen of Canada if you make innocent mistake in citizenship application ?

I have applied for citizenship in Canada on 2007. Next thing i know i made mistake on residency questionaire, had a appointment with judge but judge was ok to give me citizenship but he saw my colour and thought and believed that all brown race is terrorist race so give him hard time- no one is there to listen in citizenship

My father was born in America and currently has dual citizenship between Canada and USA. He lives in Canada and works in the US. I currently live with him and my mother, who is Canadian, in Canada. Is there any path for me becoming a US citizen/getting a SS# based on his heritage? I am 25.
