Does Canadian Immigration Assistance Services exist?

I recently received mail(via air) from an organization calling itself Canadian Immigration Assistance Services located in Canada.I would like to know if this CIAS is authentic.They are requesting that i pay $USD 25.00 as fees.I am skeptical as they want the money in an envelope along with a form they sent me.Is there a way to immigrate to Canada like they do inthe USA via DV?

Can you please advise me if Canadian Immigration Assistance Services is true and genuine?

my name is lucky aiodun harris, i am a nigerian.please i will like to know if canada immigration assistance service i geniue.i had been procesesing my immigration program for the pasted three years now.i last recieve letter from last year,no phone call from them how far my case has gone.so pls i would like to know if they are geniue.pls
