Is Canada immigration asking for required legal documents for common-law partner?
I have a partner in my country and I’m planning to sponsor them later on, after I’ve establish a job there in Canada. I’m here in K.S.A and still working to finish my contract. Could this be a big problem? Since we are not yet married, because her married situation is not yet finale to be annulled. Also she has one dependent child. What do you suggest to avoid any rejects and delays application?
