Serbian Ambassadors is a documentary about Serbian people who immigrated to Canada. The documentary covers several generations of Serbian decent from various social groups living in Canada, mostly in and around Toronto. The interviewers talk about their lifetime journey and reasons for leaving Serbia and moving to Canada. They discuss their ideas, thoughts, and beliefs on living in a new cultural surrounding comparing it with their Serbian heritage. How do they find living in this country and are they thinking of going back? What they like and what they dislike in their new world? Conflicts between spiritual and material as well as dreams and reality are portrayed. How can they get better organized among themselves within the Serbian community? What lays ahead next in their lives and what are their challenges? Ideas, impulses, ups and downs, values, as well as emotional experiences coming out of these life changing moments are very different for each of the participants.
