Would a male Chinese citizen be allowed to marry a male Canadian citizen in Canada and immigrate?
It doesn’t seem like the Chinese government has ever mentioned whether or not its citizens may enter same-sex unions in other countries where they are legally performed.
I am asking from a legal standpoint. Would it be LEGALLY allowed?
Is applying for Skill worker immigration to Canada while studding allowed?
Recently, CIC (Citizenship and Immigration of Canada) has changed some rules of immigration. There is a roamer among my friends that based of 2010 rules, a student in Canada is not allowed to apply for permanent residency (as a skill worker) while (s)he is in student status. I took a look at the news post but I did not find anything related to it. Is it true?
