Does she have some eyesight problems? I don’t even know why I’m asking this but every time I see her, she’s got the goggles on and I’m wicked curious.

I am currently living in UK and coming up to 16. Me and my boyfriend have our hearts set on moving to Canada after we both leave college and turn 18 or 19 though neither of us have wanted to go into a career that is in demand over there. Can my father, who was born on a US base in Canada, claim Canadian citizenship?
My father was born on a US base located in NewFoundLand in 1957. He has a Canadian birth certificate. He is a United States citizen and resides in the U.S. So would he be able to claim citizenship to Canada and possibly can he use his citizenship(if he can get it) to get my mom and his children citizenship? Also, if you can provide a link to Canadian Laws that govern this please do this. Thanks.
